“How can I incorporate one of my new shoes into a new look? Would you make it edgy like my usual style or help me “switch it up” for something new?” (Question from Patricia Prieto’s Blog Giveaway)

Since I’m not too late to join this giveaway, why not try my luck this time? I’ve been loving Patricia Prieto’s sense of style for a while now so I’m challenged to do this like her edgy usual style and at the same time switch it up for something new.

Photo below is from my Polyvore. I created three different looks with the same style of tops with ethnic/tribal prints which are actually trending nowadays especially this Summer 2011, all of them are from Forever21 (Patricia Prieto as one of the brand ambassadors, and it would be easy for her to catch this look) They are all matched with denim shorts of different colors worn with or without belts.

Accessories like sunglasses, fedora hat, scarves, floral and especially feather earrings can be worn with these too. Of course, the presence of these unlimited bangles, a number of bracelets and rings of all kinds define our very own Miss Patrish. These very nice faux leather satchels may give emphasis on the ethnic/tribal look too.

Now I’ve edged-up her usual style, I think you’ve guessed it already. This style from top to accessories will be worn best with this Camel Mocs: Dinges from Call It Spring. Tho it’s not something new, it’s time to switch it up for something flat. Let’s not deny the fact that she often uses killer platforms and pretty wedges so this time, I want her to hip up this Camel Mocs on her look. This wont actually increase her height but I’m sure her long and skinny legs will be emphasized.

So that’s it I guess. I really had fun joining this giveaway because it’s something wherein you’ll be challenged, like for me I have never thought of myself styling such look using these Camel Mocs which makes me want to have one for myself already! And I’m looking forward to seeing her again soon, much love! ♥
