HOW TO CONQUER FEAR
CONFRONT WHATEVER IT IS YOU ARE AFRAID OF DIRECTLY. If you are afraid of harmless snakes in a zoo, touch one. This can be tough if you are ophidiophobic, but try to hold it for a long time until the gross-out feeling is gone. Do that a couple of times. If you are afraid of certain action, do steps 1 & 2 and if it’s safe, do it. JUST THE WAY I DID IT ;)
